Probably the worst purchase I have made in my life... I found myself in the difficult position of my old Xiaomi Poco X3 breaking down and not having the financial comfort to buy a good phone. In the area where I live, the A15 was the cheapest option I found in a 2024 model at €160 in July.

The phone is not just bad... it is so bad that you can't even use it for simple daily tasks. Taking a photo takes, without exaggeration, half a minute for the app to open and 10-15 seconds to take the picture from the moment you press the button. If you receive a call while using an app like Instagram, the phone will completely freeze for so long that by the time it unfreezes and the option to answer appears, whoever is calling you will have hung up. Switching between 2 open apps takes an average of 10-20 seconds.

The funny thing is that for €140 my girlfriend got a similar Xiaomi during the same period that runs excellently, while I trusted Samsung for the first time... NEVER AGAIN. The phone is literally garbage from the first minute and I will keep it until a budget is found for anything else. I have a phone (of similar price) bought in 2018 with 3-4 years of use behind it that runs better.

I got the phone in July 2024, and in a few days, I will have had it for 5 months. The only thing I have to say is that it has started to lag excessively. Today it lagged so much that it shut down by itself, and I couldn't turn it back on. In conclusion, the phone is what you can expect for its price; if you want a device that you will use all day, it is not ideal for you.

I didn't expect it, but it's a great phone with everything, especially for its price (I got it for €190).

It's very smooth in performance and fast to use due to the relatively commonly used mid-range Mediatek Helio G99 (CPU - processor) in budget models; check "g99 nanoreview" on Google to understand what I mean.

Of course, the software plays a role too, as it feels very premium and smooth, somewhat reminiscent of the iPhone; Samsung's UX and UI for Android (OneUI) especially in the lines it has, for example, for the calling app or settings, but it still remains very close to stock Android, which is good compared to, say, the nonsense from Xiaomi with MIUI and HyperOS, which are overloaded and for the last two years everyone has said they make it slow.

The back also somewhat resembles an iPhone with its glass-like appearance and reflection; okay, the casing is plastic on the sides, but this reflection gives a pretty premium feel like glass that shines (I liked it even at night when I opened it for the first time).

I think the screen is great for the price because they have economies of scale in OLED screens for TVs and can make something worthwhile in a small size even for this price. The size is also comfortable in hand; it's not like a giant at 6.7" - 6.8"++, it's 6.5" and more comfortable for one-handed use comparatively.

Of course, one downside is that the box doesn't have much, just a 1-meter USB-C cable with a USB-C output without any brick charger for the wall socket, but I think with all the phones we get and change every 3 - 4 years, we all will have existing cables and USB wall "equipment." So that's fine. The last downside I would mention is the mono speaker only on the lower right side, without a second speaker on the upper side of the screen to have a bit of a stereo feel. To clarify, the negative comment about the sound does not relate to the microphone or the voice recording experience during calls, but for the experience of playing music or podcasts from a somewhat "audiophile" perspective, it's somewhat important for me; probably not so much for 80%, the voice recording and call sound are clear and decent; I have talked for 40 minutes straight, and whenever I asked if they could hear me clearly "how's the sound?" they said "very okay, it sounds clear."

Anyway, it's worth ignoring the version with 128GB storage and 4GB RAM and directly grabbing the max 256GB with 8GB RAM, even if the difference is €40 - €50, for more future security and comfort!!

In short, the most complete phone under €200. AMOLED 1080p screen with extremely accurate colors, a decent processor, and a camera that is noticeably better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13, as well as any other competitor in this price range. But the big advantage is none of these; it's the far better UI on Android, the One UI, which works wonders and surprisingly does not burden the system at all, occupying high CPU and RAM resources. Samsung did a great job here compared to the A14; the only downside is 4-5 bloatware apps, just delete them and you're good to go.

As you see this, you go for the Redmi Note 13 4G for the same money. Initially, the phone has huge bezels as if it's from 2018 and there is no hole for the front camera. It lags quite a bit in daily use, games are just okay, photos are mediocre, videos are very bad, the screen is okay but the touch lags. Reasons to get the Redmi Note 13: it's faster, smaller bezels, and a hole for the front camera, very good flagship-level photos in daylight, fingerprint on the screen, 120Hz 6.67" display, and so on!!!

I am disappointed with this phone. On YouTube, they praise it a lot.
Its screen is the only good thing. The performance is disappointing; I should mention that I have a Chinese tablet with the same processor
and it doesn't lag at all, while this one does. One problem I encountered was that when I was charging it,
a part of the screen didn't work well and I had to tap it several times for anything to work there. I would recommend it to those who like Samsung and its ecosystem, but I would suggest buying the Redmi Note 12 for the same
budget.

After a lot of research, I ended up with this specific mobile phone. At 130€, I believe it is a one-way street. With 4GB RAM and 125GB storage, it is perfect for someone who is not interested in playing games or doing heavy tasks.

The positives of the mobile phone are as follows:
- Good battery life
- Fast and without any lag
- Fantastic screen that many higher-priced mobile phones envy
- Good camera and video quality (not extraordinary, but decent)

Negatives:

The screen colors are different from other basic phones for the better, making reading and watching videos satisfactory and comfortable. On the other hand, the speed of the phone is relatively fast, but sometimes the phone may freeze for a bit. The most important thing is that with average daily use on social media, the battery runs out and needs to be charged every day (according to my own usage data). Nevertheless, it is an excellent product from Samsung and as for its price, it is worth it and more.
