The rules of What Do You Meme? are simple. The goal of the game is to create the funniest meme by combining a picture card with a text card. The player who creates the funniest meme wins the round, and the player with the most winning memes wins the game.

The game process includes:

  • Each player draws 7 text cards.
  • One player is chosen as the judge, who will change each round.
  • The judge draws a picture card depicting a facial expression.
  • The remaining players choose the text card they believe best describes the expression on the picture card.
  • When all players place their cards face down, the judge reads the cards and selects the one that best describes the picture card.
  • The player with the winning card wins the round, and players draw new cards to have 7 text cards again.
