Extension of a 40-pin ribbon cable from the left side of the screen to the right. It also fits smaller screens than 15.6".

WARNING! To avoid accidents that could damage the laptop, the screen, the ribbon cable, or any device or component of the laptop, it is necessary to:

• The Left to Right Flex must NEVER be connected while the laptop is plugged in or powered on.
• The Left to Right Flex must NEVER be connected while the laptop has a battery.
• The Left to Right Flex must NEVER be connected backwards, meaning that Pin No.1 of the LVDS Cable (flex) should not go to Pin No.40 of the screen.
• The correct placement of the Left to Right Flex is achieved by turning it 180 degrees, so that Pin No. 1 of the LVDS Cable (flex) goes to Pin No. 1 of the screen.
• You can visually follow or use a multimeter to track the trace corresponding to Pin No. 1, which is clearly visible because the Left to Right Flex is transparent.
