The eye does its job just fine. We've had it for 2 weeks now and haven't encountered any problems. It's worth buying. Heats up quickly.
EDIT 10/9/2019: The first eye we had broke within the first month of purchase, and they sent us another one after we lost our faith! Today, after a year of use, the second eye broke too! It's ridiculous! Of course, I do not recommend buying from this company! It's not logical for 2 eyes to break within 1 year!
EDIT 2: 16/1/2022: I won't bother you further. The third eye broke as well. They must have designed them with an expiration date.
Το μάτι κάνει μια χαρά την δουλειά του. Το έχουμε 2 βδομάδες τώρα και δεν έχουμε αντιμετωπίσει κάποιο πρόβλημα. Αξίζει η αγορά του. Ζεσταίνει γρήγορα.
EDIT 10/9/2019: Το 1ο μάτι που είχαμε είχε χαλάσει μέσα στον 1ο μήνα αγοράς, και έτσι μας έστειλαν άλλο αφού φυσικά μας βγήκε η πίστη! Σήμερα μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσης στο 2ο μάτι χάλασε και αυτό! Έλεος δηλαδή! Φυσικά και δεν προτείνεται η αγορά από την εν λόγο εταιρία! Δεν είναι λογικό 2 μάτια να βγαίνουν εκτός μέσα σε 1 χρόνο!

As soon as I plugged it in, it heated up two briquettes, one Greek and the other large with tea, I hope it maintains these performances for a long time.... now the difficult part....
1. It has two very useful handles for immediate movement while it is still hot, but they are plastic with screws on the sides, relatively flexible so probably resistant to possible hits/breakage.
2. The white surface is.... aerodynamic so it doesn't have any even small ridge which in my old one would hold a little moisture if something accidentally overflowed in boiling, so be very careful with the cooking surface...
3. It takes a VERY LONG time to cool down.... maybe because it's new?!?!?!?!?!
That's it, I hope it justifies its purchase.... AND GOOD COOKING.
