    I definitely wanted something that also takes a card for when we are offline and it was one of the most affordable. As for sound quality, I can't say I was impressed, it's what you would expect for this price, but I didn't expect so much volume and bass from such a tiny thing.

    If playback from the card suddenly stops, it's either the card or the files (file names/types, hidden .DS files, etc.) to blame. With random mp3s on an 8GB card, all written in English, it plays just fine.

    I will update after Easter regarding battery life.
