Bimetallic material with high hardness for high-speed printing. The nozzles are made from robust copper alloy and hardened steel, offering a nozzle head with a Mohs hardness of 7.8 for durability.
The excellent thermal conductivity of the copper alloy, up to 330W/m-k, ensures uniform heating, allowing high-speed printing at 600mm/s.
Wear-resistant and heat-resistant, suitable for various filaments. The copper alloy is heat-resistant up to 500°C, while the hardened steel is heat-resistant up to 450°C.
They can be used with various filaments for printing:
- PLA
- ABS
- PETG
- TPU
- PP
- PC
- PLA-CF
- PA-CF
- PET-CF
Our nickel-plated surface minimizes filament adhesion, ensuring smoother feeding.
