The Lindy 25119 network converter connects Ethernet devices over multimode optical fiber, with a transmission range of up to 550 m. It features Plug-and-Play installation and requires no configuration, while supporting speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 MBit/s.

It connects to the RJ45 port using a Cat.5e or higher-category Ethernet cable and to the SC Duplex port using 50/125 or 62.5/125 multimode fiber-optic cable. It supports full/half-duplex operation and auto-negotiation on both ports, while the LED indicators show data connection, speed, duplex operation and link failure.
