The fast SFP+ 10G 1550NM SM 40KM LC DUPExtralink SFP+-ZR module is designed for 8.5G/10G and 10GBE optical fibers. The single-mode optical SFP module consists of two sections: a transmitter section with EML laser and a receiver section with APD photodiode integrated with TIA.

The module meets the Class I laser safety requirements. SFP+-ZR digital diagnostic functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, allowing real-time access to parameters such as:

• Transceiver temperature
• Laser bias current
• Transmitted optical power
• Received optical power
• Voltage supply of the single-mode SFP module

The SFP+ 10G module operates at a data transfer rate of ≤4.25 Gbps or from 9.95 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps. Special features include:
