Another positive is the three levels it has, although realistically the lowest one is the most convenient.

The different recalls are not used much by my two cats .. only when it's on the floor! It depends on the cat.
I might buy the scratching mat alone at some point with some kind of suction cup to stick to the floor better, because now I put it in a corner so it doesn't get moved around too much.
It's good as an additional place for them to sharpen their claws, but I wouldn't leave it as the only one - better together with a cat tree-scratching post.
