The SKS 50001 is a compact slicer with a high-quality white metal casing. It is equipped with a smooth thickness adjustment for slicing in the range of 0-30 mm and a switch operation for both momentary and continuous slicing. The serrated stainless steel blade Ø 170 mm cuts through hard shells, while it also features a double lock for maximum safety.
The new, higher design allows for direct cutting into the included container. It includes a MiniSlice attachment for quick and complete slicing, even of small food items.
