Two layers of soft foam provide cushioning, while the soft foam near the arch helps align the ankle with the foot. Firmer foam on the lateral side helps propel you during quick movements. The durable mesh upper allows airflow, while the rubber overlay on the medial side adds durability. Rubber has been removed from less wear-prone areas of the outsole to reduce weight.
