Technicqll 91-462# epoxy metal adhesive is intended for repairing machine and appliance components affected by corrosion, cavitation, friction, breakage, or cracks. Its composition includes epoxy resins, hardener, metal powders, graphite, and glass. Once cured, it forms a hard bond that can be machined.
It bonds metals, alloys, and castings, as well as glass, wood, stone, and most plastics. It is also suitable for bonding metals to non-metallic materials, such as steel to concrete or cast iron to rubber. It resists water, gasoline, oils, acids, weather conditions, and elevated temperatures.
Before use, surfaces should be roughened, cleaned, and degreased. Mix the product until its color is uniform, then keep the objects immobile until fully cured. Heating the surfaces significantly reduces repair time and increases strength. Store at +5 °C to +25 °C.
