The teaching series Vielfalt guides learners through two slim volumes, C1.1 and C1.2, to level C1. Volume C1.1 contains the first 12 chapters of level C1.

The Student's Book includes: 12 chapters with 4 pages each, divided into 4 thematic units, an introductory short film for each thematic unit featuring the main characters from the corresponding chapters, current and multifaceted topics that reflect reality, and many different types of texts from both print and digital worlds that showcase the variety in language use.

Each chapter includes: sections on Vocabulary, Grammar, and Communication, an explanatory video clip for each grammatical phenomenon, ideal for individual learning.

Each thematic unit concludes with: EXTRA PROFESSION pages covering topics from the workplace, a literary text that promotes reading skills and broadens vocabulary.

The Workbook contains: a systematic review of already known vocabulary and grammatical phenomena, a variety of exercises on vocabulary, grammar, word formation, expressive means, and correct pronunciation, interesting topics for practicing written language, and a self-assessment test at the end of each chapter.

It also includes interactive exercises for reinforcing the material based on the results from the self-assessment test, preparation material for the C1 level exams such as the modulares Goethe-Zertifikat C1, the ÖSD Zertifikat C1, and the digital TestDaF, in each thematic unit.

At the end of the book, there is: a concise overview of grammar, essential vocabulary, and expressive means, an alphabetical presentation of additional collaborative methods in the classroom to enhance interaction and communication among students.
