The balls have an ergonomic shape, and the soft silicone cord makes them easy to remove.

To use them, contract your muscles as if stopping the flow of urine and hold the contraction for 2 to 10 seconds while breathing deeply. Then relax for the same amount of time. 10 repetitions per day are recommended, with a gradual increase as needed. Clean the balls with a toy cleaner; water-based lubricant can be used for easier insertion.
