The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 thermal pad conforms to the surfaces of components and compensates for minor differences between them. Its elastic surface offers high thermal conductivity, and only minimal pressure is needed for installation.

It is used in applications where thermal paste is impractical or where there is a greater gap between the heat source and the heatsink, such as memory circuits and voltage converters. It is made from a composite carrier containing silicone and aluminium oxide and complies with the RoHS directive.
