    As a purely athletic gym shoe, it is somewhat heavy, reinforced in the back to absorb pressure. In weight training, it is much more stable compared to a running shoe, but this is purely subjective, as each foot is different. It needed to be worn a couple of times before the workout to take the shape of the foot, at first it was somewhat tight on the side. As for the size, I needed half a size larger than normal to be okay with athletic socks. I would not recommend it for running. Personally, on the treadmill, I felt like I was wearing weights. It is very sturdy, but I don't know how it will hold up over time. Although it is very nice and fully matches the images, personally I think it is worth up to 100-110€. After that, you start looking at other brands. After all, it is the "The Rock" emblem that you are paying for.
