Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet

The graphene thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series offer excellent efficiency as an alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. They feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to the Carbonaut pads, the KryoSheets offer significantly higher thermal conductivity, which comes from the selection of materials as well as the innovative production process.

The KryoSheet does not contain liquid components and therefore is not subject to natural wear like traditional thermal pastes. Drying is not possible.

The KryoSheet graphene pads have a molecular structure oriented towards the Z direction, offering excellent and stable thermal conductivity. The specially designed production process ensures this result by fragmenting the hexagonal crystalline structure of graphite.

The KryoSheet is available in pre-cut sizes for processors and GPUs, including:

Note: The reuse of the KryoSheet is not recommended! Disassembling the heatsink and relocating the KryoSheet after use may cause microcracks in the graphene pads' structure, affecting performance.
