The Powerslide Universal Brake System (UBS) is made from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) specifically designed for speed skates. The brake is compatible with the most common speed frames on the market and can be adjusted in width for wider frames. It was developed for max. frame settings of 4x100mm.
The brake includes all the necessary hardware and assembly takes about two minutes. The pad is made from durable NR/SBR material, a mix of natural and synthetic rubber which offers long life and abrasion resistance.
