The Ecoflex 5 FRNC is a thin and extremely flexible coaxial cable designed for frequencies up to 6 GHz. Made with real copper in Germany, it offers low loss in relation to the outer diameter of 5.5 mm and a very small bending radius, making it suitable for many radio frequency applications.
The low attenuation values of the Ecoflex 5 FRNC are achieved through advanced manufacturing techniques and low loss PE-LLC dielectric with a foaming rate greater than 70%. This dielectric provides water resistance and long-term stability.
The inner conductor of the Ecoflex 5 FRNC consists of 19 strands of bare copper wire, each with a diameter of 0.287 mm, made from low oxygen content copper (OFC). This structure provides the cable with notable flexibility.
Other advantages include the use of double shielding made from overlapping 100%.
