Single safety relief valve for water heater 1/2" 10 bar. The water heater valve is used in all types of water heaters (solar and electric) with the main aim of protecting them. When the pressure inside the water heater exceeds a certain level, it automatically opens. The reasons the valve may open are mainly high network pressure and overheating of the water.
The water heater valve is always installed at the cold water inlet and aims to:
- Control the inlet pressure of cold water to the electric or solar water heater.
- Prevent the return of hot water contained in the boiler back into the cold water pipe.
