The saw is made from thermally improved carbon steel 50# and YG8 tungsten carbide, with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). The GS blade geometry has a rake angle of 10 degrees. A suitably thick metal disc, cut by laser, ensures the rigidity of the saw.
The properly selected blade geometry and the shape of the GS10 plate allow for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. A larger number of teeth in a given diameter of the saw blade results in smooth surfaces of the cut materials, particularly dry wood.
The saw is intended for industrial applications using all types of electric tools, for cutting soft and hardwood, MDF, and drywall.
