TKK MS-40 hybrid sealing adhesive is used for bonding and sealing materials, as well as for joints that require permanent elasticity. It adheres to concrete, brick, stone, wood, glass, ceramics, metals and certain plastics, even on slightly damp surfaces. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it does not sag in vertical joints and can be painted.
It is used, among other applications, for expansion joints, flexible contact points between different materials, windowsills and frames, as well as for installing and sealing components in kitchens. It contains no solvents and does not cause corrosion. It is resistant to UV radiation, weathering and ageing.
