Korys organic fir honey is collected by bees in the Peloponnese, primarily from Greek fir trees. It has a clear, reddish amber color, an intense forest and conifer aroma, and a thick, sticky texture. Its flavor is spicy, with notes of caramel and nuts, as well as earthy notes, and it is not particularly sweet.

Harvesting takes place from mid-July to late August in the Erymanthos, Helmos and Mainalo regions, at altitudes of 800 to 1,800 m. Due to its low glucose content, it crystallizes very slowly or not at all, retaining its liquid form.
