Recipe:
- 1 pack of NoCarb® Sponge Cake Mix
- 5 large eggs (about 300 g)
- 30 ml oil
- 120 g sweetener of your choice
Method:
Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, mix until lightened and add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg white and make a stiff foam. Add the fiber mix to the egg yolk, incorporate and then add the egg foam and gently mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Then pour the mixture into the baking tin and place in a preheated oven (160°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
