INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Place a small amount of the special Glitter adhesive on a thin brush or cotton swab and design the area where you want to apply the Glitter.
• In the same area, apply the Glitter with tweezers or your fingers and let it dry.
• Rinse with water or a mild facial cleansing product, even with a makeup removal wipe.
