The nozzle is made of 360 brass material and is coated with TwinClad XT. The TwinClad XT coating is designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficients of friction, better than brass with PTFE combined coating. The TwinClad XT coating is also very hard and resistant to wear. If you are working with abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber, stainless steel, wood-filled, or any other metal-infused filaments, this will significantly improve the lifespan of your nozzle.
