Tight Regular Loose
After 2 months of very mild use (office work), they tore at the crease made by the instep.

Good shoe but not ideal for running, it doesn't have such a soft sole, however for people who don't have sensitive feet (joints, shin pain, etc.) it's just fine for sports

I have them in 3 colors and if there were more sizes I would get more. For me, it's a perfect shoe. I use it for training and standing for long periods. With daily use, it will lose its shape in about a year. I can't say about running. I run very little to comment.
Τα έχω σε 3 χρώματα και αν είχε νούμερο θα έπαιρνα κι άλλα. Για μένα τέλειο παπούτσι. Το έχω για προπόνηση και ορθοστασία . Καθημερινή χρήση θα χάσει την φόρμα του κοντά στον χρόνο. Δεν μπορώ να πω για τρέξιμο . Τρέχω ελάχιστα για να πω .
while it is a nice shoe, I definitely want a bigger size. they hurt me everywhere even though I got the right size according to the measurements.

Very lightweight and very comfortable! They are perfect for running and for the gym! It's also good to get them half a size bigger (I got 38.5 instead of 38).
