Description & Specifications

The Nava Imperial baking tray is rectangular and deep, made of aluminum that distributes heat evenly. Its stone non-stick interior coating makes it easier to remove food and clean the pan. It is heat-resistant up to 230 °C.

Before first use, wash with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge. Grease with oil or butter before each use. Avoid overheating the pan when empty, use it at low or medium heat, and fill it to no more than 2/3 of its capacity. Once cooled, wash by hand with warm water and dish soap. To protect the coating, use wooden, plastic or silicone utensils, avoid cutting food inside the tray with sharp tools, and do not use metal scourers, steel wool or harsh cleaners. Using parchment paper extends the life of the tray and its coating.
