Although at first glance it seemed quite high quality, during installation I noticed that one of the holes did not match the holes on the scissor arm.
I immediately sent photos to the store where I bought it and they told me there was no problem, I just had to screw in the right side first and then the left side of the scissor arm.
Following the store's instructions, eventually due to the pressure (as expected) it broke at the point shown.
After contacting the store again, they told me they would contact the manufacturer, who ultimately did not accept the defect because it was not installed by a professional. (4 screws in total, by the way).
In the end, the store credited me a small amount because they could not take it back.
However, I also contacted the manufacturer GP kompozit (a Turkish company), explained the problem in detail, they told me they would forward it to the appropriate department and for 10 days now I have not received any response and in fact my experience with their communication is the worst, not even a hello or good evening, etc. Just a dry answer.
Ενώ εκ πρώτης όψεως φαινόταν αρκετά ποιοτικό κατά την τοποθέτηση παρατήρησα ότι η μία από τις τρύπες δεν ταίριαζε με τις τρύπες του ψαλιδιού.
Αμέσως έστειλα φωτογραφίες στο κατάστημα που το αγόρασα και μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα, απλά θα έπρεπε πρώτα να βιδωθει δεξιά και στην συνέχεια στην αριστερή πλευρά του ψαλιδιού.
Ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες του καταστήματος τελικά από την πίεση (αναμενόμενο ) έσπασε σε αυτό το σημείο που φαίνεται.
Κατόπιν ξανά επικοινωνίας με το κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν με την κατασκευάστρια εταιρεία, όπου τελικά δεν αποδέχθηκε το ελάττωμα λόγω ότι δεν τοποθετήθηκε από επαγγελματία.(4 βίδες όλες κι όλες εν τω μεταξύ).
Τελικά το κατάστημα μου πιστωσε ένα μικρό ποσό γιατί δεν μπορούσε να το πάρει πίσω.
Ωστόσο επικοινώνησα και με την κατασκευάστρια GP kompozit (τουρκική εταιρεία), τους εξήγησα αναλυτικά το πρόβλημα , μου είπαν ότι θα το προωθήσουν στο αρμόδιο τμήμα και εδώ και 10 μέρες δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση και μάλιστα η εμπειρία μου στο επικοινωνιακό κομμάτι είναι η χειρότερη, ούτε καν καλημέρα καλησπέρα κ.λ.π. Απλά μια ξερή απάντηση.
