The brewing process is simple: fill the bottom section with water, add ground coffee to the cone filter, and place it on top of the water container. Once the water boils, coffee extraction begins, providing a hot and fresh espresso.

Its operation is based on steam pressure, similar to that of an espresso machine; however, it produces less pressure, usually 2 to 3 bar. The coffee should be ground coarser than that used in espresso machines to achieve proper extraction. It also features a heat-resistant handle that makes serving easier.
