I ordered the product from Remedios and although I had a small issue with the screw of the base, the response and service from their store were very fast and efficient. They immediately sent me a replacement, which was in the locker in less than 2 days, and they even gave me an extra phone mount for free! Overall, excellent service and the product itself is amazing. I used it on a Via Ferrata outing and it was the perfect choice; the video it captured was stable and the belt was very comfortable for the 3 hours I wore it.
Easy installation, stable in the video. I use it for fishing and MTB, very good without any negatives. I've had it for 4 months and it hasn't suffered any damage.
