Thermal Grizzly's high-performance thermal pads have a very flexible and adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity, offering exceptional performance. Even the smallest component differences can be compensated for very well. The slightest pressure is enough for optimal attachment. All pads are environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.

Thermal conductivity capability: 8 W/mK.

The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 is ideal for applications where thermal paste is not an option due to cumbersome application or where there are larger gaps between the heat source and the heatsink, such as on memory chips and voltage converters. It is based on a carrier complex containing silicone and aluminum oxide.

    Amazing thermal conductivity on my RTX 2070 super gpu. This is a 0.5 mm pad, which means that it's most suitable for vram "video ram chips", and not vrms "voltage regulation modules". Your vrms would need 1 or 1.5 mm depending on your gpu type. Having this pad on the vram solved a critical issue for me: the previous pad was 1.5 mm thick which caused the heat sink to not make perfect contact with the gpu die, causing it to heat up like crazy and the fans to run at max speed erratically. Now the gpu works as normal, the die stays at 75° and the hotsopt at 85° "was 105°" under full load. The vrams stayed at 70° "prolonged stress test". I have 4 vrams on the same row above the gpu die, and 2 more on each side "total 8", and I was able to cover them all with one pad only.
