Overall, users appreciate its powerful performance and low weight, while several mention its good ergonomics. It is considered suitable for professional or everyday use and can leave hair smooth. However, some users report premature failures, reduced performance, and overheating that damages the plastic components.
I have it for 9 years..with daily amateur use and cable change once. Light comfortable position on the buttons. Today it emitted flames as I have experienced in the past with a hairdryer I will not bother to fix it but 90% I will buy the same. The strange thing is that their price never drops after so many years.
Although it has very satisfactory capabilities, what's the use if its own heat burns and melts the nozzle and mouthpiece of the hairdryer, and the burnt plastic sticks to the hair. The worst part (not to mention the smell of burnt plastic)
I have had it for about 1.5 years. With very moderate use compared to other hair dryers, even of the same brand that I had in the past, it developed a problem very quickly. The resistance overheats, causing it to even puncture the front attachment. I took it for repair and the technician told me that it is clean, therefore the problem lies in the poor quality of the motor. Of course, I will not change the motor since it is not worth it at all as a hair dryer.
A hairdryer that captivates you with its design.
Although I had heard good things, this particular one was the only one that broke down very quickly. The airflow performance decreased abruptly and even though the resistance was replaced, it never returned to its original powerful function.
I have it for a long time and I am fully satisfied. It leaves the hair smooth and does not damage them like other hair dryers in its category. It is lightweight, ergonomic, and has the right temperature for fine hair. I highly recommend it.
Amazing! For professionals because it is powerful and requires fast movements. Important points that make the difference compared to other companies I have tried such as parlux, etc. Firstly, lightweight and well-balanced (to avoid wrist pain). Secondly, powerful motor and very durable (I have been using it every day for 4 years with proper cleaning and cable replacement). And thirdly, economical for its features
