    I bought it on 22/4/2025 and returned it on 24/4/25, 20 minutes after I opened it from the box and plugged it in. I thought I got a good iron from a good company to do my job without any issues. But no, it took 10 minutes to try to heat up and the temperature didn’t rise to the level needed to iron; it doesn’t have a temperature setting, it’s automatic, and the steam didn’t work either. So, as it was, I packed it up and took it back to the store; they tested it and it didn’t work like it did for me. They told me they would give me another one, but after the trouble I had, I didn’t have confidence and changed brand and model to a second alternative I had in mind before even proceeding with the purchase of the first one. Maybe I just got the defective one, but on the other hand, with an expensive iron, you would think they pay more attention to the construction, that’s what I thought. I hope those who bought it have it working, are satisfied, and don’t have my experience. That’s all.
