    3 stars because it doesn't dissolve very well when it falls into a full glass of coffee without being shaken in a machine, and because it smells (nice, though) from miles away.. Wonderful fantastic taste and aroma, very effective whey protein otherwise.. It seems like a very concentrated protein, so be careful, it's better to use less than the recommended dose if you might have kidney issues.. Generally, I recommend it, but with reservations and a lot of caution in the dosage... And maybe not the best for every day.. For me, it felt heavy/overly concentrated, just so you know...._
