Precision Fuel & Hydration PH 1500 electrolyte drink powder dissolves in 500 ml of water and has a Berry flavour. Its hypotonic formula enhances water absorption during exercise. It is used before, during or after intense training by athletes with high sweat or sodium losses. It can also be consumed before exercise for hydration and afterwards for recovery.
