Premtesse® is a high potency multivitamin formula, specially designed for women of reproductive age. It contains 20 micronutrients to fully meet the body's needs, with particular emphasis given to those nutrients that play a significant role in female physiology.

Specifically, in the recommended dose of 2 tablets daily, it provides sufficient/high amounts of:

1. Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 plays an important role in female physiology, as it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity*.
2. Chromium: Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels* and in this way aids in reducing strong sugar cravings during menstruation.
3. Magnesium: Magnesium is an extremely important mineral for the homeostasis of the female body, as it is involved in numerous physiological functions. In particular, it contributes to normal psychological function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, muscles, and metabolic processes aimed at energy production and thus to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue*. In this way, it relieves many symptoms that accompany menstruation.
4. Iron: Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells*, helping to replenish blood lost during menstruation.
5. Zinc: Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress*.

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions: Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains iron, and exceeding the dosage may be harmful, especially for young children. Keep in a place out of sight and reach of children. People taking oral anticoagulants should not take the tablets unless recommended by their doctor. Yellow coloring of the urine may occur. This is harmless and indicates that the body is excreting an excess amount of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 may cause numbness in the limbs.
