The Yato YT-30340 spirit level has an aluminium body and is used to determine horizontal and vertical lines, as well as to measure distances with a laser. It features two independently illuminated glass vials and three magnets in the base.

The Class 2 laser emits a red beam and has an accuracy of ±3 mm at a distance of 0.5–20 m. Measurements can be taken from the front or rear edge in continuous or dynamic mode, with results displayed on an LCD screen. There is a prism-shaped groove on the top of the housing.
