Use it to precisely define the lip contour or apply a small amount over the entire lip area for smoothing and preparation before applying lipstick. Non-drying formula helps keep lipstick in place and prevents it from transferring.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Twist up only 3 mm (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, a drying factor).
  • Follow the "dot-dash" method for ease and accuracy in application: draw two dots on the cupid's bow of the upper lip, a dash at the bottom of the lower lip, and then connect all three.
  • To extend the color on the lips, fill in with the pencil and then proceed with the lipstick.
