A non-drying formula helps keep lipstick in place. Prevents lipstick from transferring. No sharpener needed.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Rotate only 3 mm (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposure of the formula to air, a drying factor).
  • Follow the "dot-dash" method for ease and precision in application: draw two dots on the upper lip's arch, a dash on the bottom of the lower lip, and then connect all three.
  • To extend lip color, fill in with the pencil and then proceed with lipstick.
