I work standing up for many hours. I’m always looking for the most suitable shoes for this reason. This shoe is one of the best I’ve worn. Perhaps the best.️

Although here the reviews are mixed up because of Skroutz (in the same column there are adidas Supernova Rise 2 and 3), I will give my review in detail. In the last 6 months I bought adidas Supernova Rise 2 - adidas Supernova Rise 3 - Nike Pegasus 41 - ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 - asics novablast 5.

    shock absorption comfort stability
adidas Supernova Rise 2 good good very good
adidas Supernova Rise 3 very good very good very good
Nike Pegasus 41 good good very good
ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 very good average excellent
asics novablast 5 very good very good good
Conclusion: the adidas Supernova Rise 3 does everything very well.

Very good shoes, I got them for €75. I wear 43.5 in Asics and for these I wanted 44. Be careful with the size! The downside of these shoes is that they slip a little in some spots if it has rained.

Great attention to the size. I have been wearing Supernova in size 44 2/3 for 25 years and bought the Rise in size 45 1/3 which I thought would fit me. Not only does it not fit, it’s not even close. Buy two sizes up.

Drop

It mainly concerns running shoes and is the difference in height (in millimeters) between the heel and the front part of the shoe. Shoes with a large Drop offer increased protection for those who land on their heel, while those with a smaller Drop provide a more natural stride that comes closer to the feeling of barefoot running.
