They are used on a doctor's recommendation for significant venous conditions, such as chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, phlebitis, oedema and varicose ulcers. They are also indicated for thrombophlebitis, post-operative prophylaxis, varicose vein procedures, sclerotherapy, and injuries or fractures of the lower limbs.
