    This insole is not suitable for sports, it doesn't have the absorbency of the pedag sport... And after 2 times it turns yellow underneath... so it's a simple arch without absorbency and expensive for its price... prefer the sport one that does an amazing job!!!

    excellent construction, unfortunately they have a large width and do not fit in the shoes. I tried them on 3 different hiking boots and they did not fit.
