Since 2016 I have been using (almost without fail) and trying various magnesium supplements! This is by far the BEST both in general form and in effectiveness! As a runner, I have seen better muscle recovery (of course in combination with an overall healthy diet)! But the most important thing is the difference in sleep! Because I measure my sleep statistics daily (REM, deep sleep, etc.), this particular supplement significantly increases my deep sleep and its continuity! And this has been tested even on days when I deliberately don't take it, to test the difference! I have also tried other magnesium glycinate supplements, which by the way I consider the best form, but this one is the most effective for my body!

The contents of the capsule do not dissolve at all in water, which confirms that the majority of the mixture is magnesium oxide and not chelated, bisglycinate as they claim (it probably contains no more than 10% of that). This also explains the overstimulation of my digestive system when I take it. It's good for constipation, but regarding the other promises, I saw no difference. Shame on the company!

Until now, I was taking Pharmalead Magnesium 375mg with Vitamin B6 for relaxation of the nervous and muscular system. The first few days, and until I got used to it, my sleep at night was very deep. After two weeks of use, I still sleep deeply at night. Even if I wake up (at the usual hours for everyone... 3-4 in the early morning) I fall back asleep very easily. This never used to happen! Its taste is a bit plastic, but that's justified since it comes in capsule form.
