      Good evening, I have the S9974/35 model. I have had it for 4 months. I shave as the instructions say, in circular motions. I always get the top models that have a special coating on the heads so I don't get cut. I noticed compared to previous top models I had that the S9974/35, which has the same heads as all the 9000 series models, if I press it a little and the LED turns orange, I get cut very badly, like with a razor. I am very disappointed and I don't know if I can get my money back. P.S. I keep the machine in excellent condition. I also have another model, the
