Initially, we bought it for €440 and not at the current price. We received it with the black soundproofing material that goes underneath broken in the middle, scratched as shown in the photos at the front, and one tray was peeling. I am sure this sink had been installed in another home before. They were very polite on the phone, to the point that I decided to keep it and not return it, and after they replaced the tray, they assured me that all spare parts are available and that they are there for anything we might need! The paint also started coming off from the main tap where it adjusts, but it didn’t affect me much, obviously some spots were not baked well. After 5.5 months of use, a leak started... which after a few days we realized was coming from the buttons. So water was getting into the buttons and running into the cabinet. When I called them, the gentleman on the phone told me that probably my plumber didn’t install it properly and that I should bring a plumber, and that in his 80 homes nothing like this has ever happened, but then he changed his story and told me that if something breaks, his plumber will fix it, I didn’t know that this would be my job... to glue and unglue the sink. Also, the gentleman advised me not to buy this kind of sink again because I don’t want to bring a plumber to fix it!!!. The problem, of course, was not with the plumbing but with the product, which has a full 5-year warranty, and I had to pay a plumber to tell me, “Yes, the leak is at the buttons, I can’t do anything, €50.” When I asked what the warranty covers, he told me to remove it, send it in, and in 1-2 days they would send it back, then he said 5 days because they would send it to “Italy.” I don’t have an Airbnb, I have a home and we need a sink every day. As soon as I find a similar one with better after-sales service, I will return it and get a refund. It’s a shame about the initial good impression. As a sink, it was very satisfactory and the basin, although not convenient for large utensils, really doesn’t scratch and nothing sticks to it. But it’s a Sunday of joy and a Monday of sorrow. If I had known it would last so little, I wouldn’t have bought it.
Αρχικά τον αγοράσαμε 440€ και όχι στην τιμή π είναι τώρα. Το παραλάβαμε με σπασμένο στην μέση το μαύρο ηχομονωτικό υλικό που μπαίνει από κάτω, γρατσουνισμένο όπως φαίνεται στις φωτό μπροστά και να ξεφλουδίζει το ένα ταψάκι. Είμαι σίγουρη πως δεν ήταν το πρώτο σπίτι π είχε μπει αυτός ο νεροχύτης. Ηταν πολύ ευγενικοί στο τηλέφωνο σε σημείο να τον κρατήσω κ να μην τον γυρίσω πίσω, και αφού μ αντικατέστησαν το ταψάκι με διαβεβαίωσαν πως υπάρχουν τα πάντα σε ανταλλακτικά και ότι είναι εκεί ότι κ να χρειαστούμε! Άρχισε να φεύγει το χρώμα και από την κεντρική μπαταρία εκεί π αυξομειώνεται αλλά δεν Μ επηρέασε κάπου, προφανώς δεν είχαν ψηθεί καλά κάποια σημεία. Μετά από 5,5 μήνες χρήσης άρχισε η διαρροή.. η οποία μετά από μέρες καταλάβαμε πως είναι από τα πλήκτρα. Οπότε έμπαινε νερό στα πλήκτρα έτρεχαν τα νερά στο ντουλάπι. Οταν τους κάλεσα ο κύριος στο τηλ μ είπε πως μάλλον δεν τον έβαλε καλά ο υδραυλικός μου και να φέρω υδραυλικό και στα 80 σπίτια του δεν έχει συμβεί κάτι αντίστοιχο, βέβαια μετά το άλλαξε και μ είπε πως αν κάτι χαλάσει τον σηκώνει κ τον φτιάχνει ο υδραυλικός του, δεν ήξερα πως αυτή την δουλειά θα κάνω.. θα κολλάω κ θα ξεκολλάω τον νεροχύτη. Επίσης ο κύριος με συμβούλευσε να μην ξανά πάρω τέτοιον νεροχύτη γιατί δεν θέλω να φέρω υδραυλικό να το φτιάξει!!!. Το πρόβλημα βέβαια δεν ήταν στα υδραυλικά αλλά στο προϊόν με τα 5 ολόκληρα χρόνια εγγύησης και έπρεπε να πληρώσω υδραυλικό για να Μ πει πως «Ναι η διαρροή είναι στα πλήκτρα, δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι εγω, 50€». Οταν τον ρώτησα τι καλύπτει η εγγύηση μ είπε να τον βγάλω να τον στείλω και σε 1-2 μέρες θα τον στείλουν πίσω μετά είπε 5 μέρες βέβαια γιατί θα τον πάνε «Ιταλία». Δεν έχω Airbnb, σπίτι έχω κ χρειαζόμαστε κάθε μέρα νεροχύτη. Μολις βρω αντίστοιχο με καλύτερο after sale service θα τον γυρίσω πίσω κ θα κάνω επιστροφή χρημάτων. Κρίμα η αρχική καλή εντύπωση. Σαν νεροχύτης ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικός και η γούρνα αν κ όχι βολική για μεγάλα σκεύη όντως δεν χαράζεται κ δεν κολλάει τίποτα πάνω της. Αλλά Κυριακή χαράς κ Δευτέρα λύπης. Αν ήξερα πως θα κρατήσει τόσο λίγο δεν θα τον έπαιρνα.
