The Sonoff MINI R4 smart intermediate switch turns traditional switches into smart switches and enables the automation of lighting and electronic devices. It connects to momentary switches, door exit switches, SPDT switches, safety switches, or dry-contact sensors, and fits in various installation boxes, including the smallest European-standard boxes.

Relay detachment mode separates the status of the external switch from that of the relay, so operating the switch does not affect the relay’s status. It supports a power-on delay after power is restored and functions as an eWeLink-Remote gateway for local control with the additional R5 and S-MATE devices.
