I didn't expect it to do such a good job. No smell passes into the room at all. It fits many diapers inside, depending on how we wrap and throw them away. A tip if you get the small bin: it would be good not to wait for it to fill up, because with the weight of the diapers inside the bag, it may tear. In general, I choose to empty it as soon as it goes above halfway.

It doesn't smell at all. The bags, however, run out after 3-4 fillings, which means for a newborn in about 15 days.

We are still in the first month of use, where newborn diapers do not smell very bad anyway.
The bin is inside the room and so far there has not been the slightest smell. However, I will come back after a few months, when its job will be more demanding.
As for the bags, I have kept the original cassette and I refill it with replacement bags that I find on sites like Temu much more economically.

Honestly, if I could turn back time, I would have bought it from the very first day! It really holds a lot of diapers, there is absolutely no smell (and those moms who know... know) and the installation is super easy.

I really liked the way it stores the diapers inside, almost airtight, without having to cut and tie bags every time. Very practical for everyday use.

So, I have the bin and I've been using it since December 13th when I came home from the maternity hospital. Since then until today, when I'm writing this review, the bag hasn't run out. It doesn't smell at all (at least for now) since it's a newborn who only drinks milk. Now, in the long run, when the baby starts eating food and the diapers get bigger and take up more space, we'll see. So far, the purchase is totally worth it.
I got the bags from Shein.

The little one is 9 months old and we still use it from the very first day. It holds odors well. I have kept the packaging of the original bags and I buy replacements from Temu. They last for quite a while. Also, for the smells, I get various oils and put them in. Both inside the bags and at the bottom of the bin. It reduces the bad smell a bit. And if it's very bad, I wash it and everything is fine.

It is a very good product and so far we have seen that the capacity is indeed large and there are no odors. However, the replacement bags are excessively expensive (essentially a pack of three costs 27 euros, so 9 euros per bag), which is why I deducted one star.

It fits as many diapers as stated and indeed with the lid closed, there is no smell in the room!! I highly recommend it!!!

Quite good for its money. I use simple garbage bags, which I fit onto the original circular disc with bags it had. When you open the bin to throw away a diaper, it smells... Maybe because I don't use the original bags, which are quite expensive... It's definitely not suitable to be placed in the child's room.

The bin is very good but I can't find bags exactly for it! It had a reel inside and I got 3 more from the store which said they are for this bin! Even though they "work" the lid doesn't close exactly!!! I called the store and they tell me these are the replacements even though it doesn't close!!!
If you exclude this, the bin is very good, and even with the lid open, no smells come out!

I bought it too after reading in the reviews that it can be used with other bags besides its own. One time I tried to use a carpet bag, I struggled to fit it into the cassette, the lid couldn't even close, it smelled a lot and got filled with little flies... I don't know how other parents managed... I found company refills at a good price (about €6-8 per cassette in a pack of 3 or 6) and I was satisfied with those... There are also cheap refills on a well-known Chinese site, I tried them and they're ok, but still, they don't contain the smells as well as the company's original.

Very good choice, they don't smell at all even though for my little one, since she's still at the beginning, I leave them for more than 5-6 days.
Indeed, the refills are expensive but it's worth it.

Useful bin. With two babies and plenty of diapers every day, we have avoided odors and multiple bag changes. Its plastics could be better. It is a rather lightweight construction. Given that the original refills are extremely expensive -for no reason- I use some compatible refills. I haven't tried the solution some suggest with carpet bags, but I imagine it would be fine. One note I have about odors is that you shouldn't pull the bag down when you've just changed it. Let it drop with the weight of the diapers you dispose of. This way, air doesn't get trapped and the diapers are almost airtight when the container is full and you remove the filled bag.

Really the best for the children's room, it makes things easier and doesn't smell at all. The replacement bags are very expensive, I use bags for rugs. They do exactly the same job and save you money. I recommend!!!

This is a cute option for the baby's diapers. When it's closed, it doesn't smell, but when I open it to throw away the next diaper, the smell that comes out is noticeable!

The downside is, of course, the bags it takes! The genuine ones are ridiculously expensive (for no reason). So when the initial one, which is provided for free, runs out, you keep the blue bucket, put in a rug bag from Jumbo, and get the job done. This, of course, is a huge hassle and a waste of time!

Finally, the plastics and all the parts are not that high quality. I would say that buying this bin left us with a bittersweet taste.

Excellent, it doesn't smell at all, the bag needs to be positioned correctly and cut properly once it's full. The diaper doesn't come into contact with the plastic so it doesn't need cleaning. For now, 10/10 and we have an infant who goes 6-8 times a day

A lot of excitement at first. However, after a while, we threw it in the trash. Unfortunately, no matter how often you clean it, the smell that lingers is unbearable.. it is a breeding ground for germs and is not helpful at all.

It has a good price and the odors do not escape with the lid closed. There is a certain difficulty in pushing the soiled diaper through the lid with the mechanism as the spring is quite strong. If the diaper is very soiled, it is very likely to overflow due to the pressure. So you need to use your other hand to avoid an accident. Overall, it is a fairly decent choice.

Someone really did a great job regarding the smell issue. The replacement bags are very expensive, but the hacks mentioned in other comments using carpet bags work perfectly!

We have been using it for 1.5 months for sure, and indeed it no longer smells anything in the bathroom and it is very easy to use with one hand if you are holding the baby. We now use medium-sized black bags with handles and do our job, changing them every 5 days or so, and the baby is 2.5 months old. We didn't use its own ones again as they are very expensive and not worth it.

The most convenient thing we bought! Now our bathroom doesn't smell bad at all. Also, even though we have a small bathroom, it fits comfortably and has a large capacity for diapers. Don't think about it twice! You can buy bags very cheaply from a well-known website that has very cheap products...
