I bought it with the logic that it would fit in a Spigen Xiaomi 13 case so that I could have the quality of Spigen and wireless charging at the same time. Unfortunately, no matter how I put it, the charging base considers it a foreign object and does not charge. I also tried it in a case with pre-installed MagSafe to find the right spot, but still nothing. So I do not recommend it for someone like me and the use I want to make of it.

fortunately or unfortunately the packaging has 2 inside: one broke after only 1 minute and never worked again...
I put the other one in my phone case and it's working perfectly fine now, I have no issues at all for a week now...
(they are just metallic and not magnetic on their own)
