The Proskit MT-3209 clamp meter measures DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, and temperature. True RMS measurement and LoZ mode help prevent false voltage readings, while NCV detects voltage without contact using the connected test leads.

It includes Data Hold, automatic or manual range selection, a continuity buzzer, and diode testing. It also features V.F.C. TEST mode for measuring the output voltage of inverters and UPS systems, overvoltage protection, a built-in flashlight, auxiliary lighting, automatic power-off, and a low battery indicator.
